Payment plans for different types of trucks and transport vehicles shall be listed on the Ruru Route website. The pricing structure is based on factors such as vehicle type, distance, and additional services.
We accept advance bookings only if a token amount is paid upfront. The advance payment secures the booking and ensures vehicle availability for the requested service.
Our fares do not include out-of-pocket expenses, such as but not limited to:
- Labor charges
- Parking charges
- Night surcharge
- RTO challans and taxes
- Waiting time charges
- Any other levy or charges that are applicable for the transportation service
These additional charges shall not be our responsibility and must be paid by you directly to the appropriate parties at the time of service.
You authorize Ruru Route to retain your consignments in case of any non-payment from your side. Consignments will be returned only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Industrial Goods: Extra fare charges will apply for industrial goods that require a long waiting time for loading or unloading.
Transport Vehicle Availability: Additional fare charges may apply during periods of limited vehicle availability.
Additional Pickup/Drop Points: Extra charges will apply if additional pick-up or drop-off points are required beyond the original booking details.
You acknowledge and agree that you have thoroughly evaluated our services before making a booking. We understand that cancellations can occur, and our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation After Booking: If you wish to cancel a booking, notify us via our customer care interface and provide booking details. Once we share vendor, vehicle, or driver details, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is accepted before the vehicle dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply, and the refund will be processed within 7 days from the acceptance of your cancellation request.
Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the vehicle is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If a truck is delayed in loading, waiting charges (ranging from ₹1000 to ₹5000 depending on the vehicle type) will apply. If the vehicle is returned empty, you will be responsible for paying the driver’s fuel charges.

You agree and acknowledge that in the event of a payment dispute, you will not raise any disputes with payment service providers or repositories. If a dispute is raised, you authorize us to instruct the payment provider to credit the payment in our account as per the policy and terms.
Payments can be made through various channels available on the Ruru Route platform, including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Ruru Route reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or app. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes to this policy.
